Shipping

We ship all orders within one business day, using Australia Post. (If you order on a weekend, we'll ship it on the next business day.)

Within Australia: We ship with standard parcel post. Once your package ships we will send an email with tracking details.

International: Standard international parcel post does not include tracking or signature on delivery. Let us know before you checkout if you need these add-ons.

 Import Duties & Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price.  If you refuse a shipment from Frank and Enid, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.

Please contact us before checking out if you need to arrange express delivery. 

We are not responsible for the parcel once it's lodged with Australia Post. However, if your order seems to be delayed, you're welcome to contact us and we'll help however we can.

Store Pickup

You can pick up your order for free, at our store in Dubbo, NSW, Australia. Simply click "Pickup In Store" on your Cart, then check out as normal.

Returns & Exchanges

Faulty Items

If there's something wrong with your items when you get them, please contact us straight away. If the item is faulty, we will contact the manufacturer and advise you if the item is to be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after a purchase, you can return your items for exchange or store credit. This includes buying the wrong item, size, colour etc.

  • Store credits do not expire.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the items.
  • You're responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
  • All tags and packaging must be in original condition.

Our Change of Mind policy does not apply to:

  • Sale items. Sale items are final.
  • Personal items such as swim wear, jewellery, oils, creams and lotions. 

This policy does not replace any rights you may have under Australian consumer law.
